For you, what is St. Ignatius’ greatest legacy?
How would you continue the legacy of St. Ignatius?
How would you describe St. Ignatius to someone who hasn’t met him before?
What would your life be like without St. Ignatius?
These were the sort of questions Ateneo Hearters were faced with during the Ignatian Eloquentia Cup 2016, Sacred Heart School – Ateneo de Cebu Junior High School’s annual extemporaneous speaking competition in honor of St. Ignatius of Loyola. This year’s theme was “Celebrating Ateneo Hearter Eloquence the Ignatian Way”. The contest was held at the School Theater on July 26 for grades 7 and 8 and July 28 for grades 9 and 10. All the contestants were judged based on their matter/content (50%) and manner of speaking (50%).
